Application labels indicate primary uses; some grades serve additional applications. FR means flame-retardant. Final selection depends on the required properties and processing conditions. A dash indicates no additional family comparison is listed.

Leasty packaging grades: B — Instant; P — Multiple expansion. Construction grades: F — FR; HF — Graphite FR. Moisture limits: B/P ≤1.0%; F ≤2.5%; HF ≤3.0%.

*Vercell specifies kg/m³; Leasty and Kingpor specify g/L. These units are numerically equivalent. Kingpor H grades appear twice because the source provides different densities for one expansion and 3–5 expansions.

Kingpor XLR, HP and XHP are excluded from this summary pending classification confirmation, but remain in a separate appendix of the downloadable TDS.

Vercell F grades are expressly not permitted for food contact in the supplied TDS. Review all grade-specific processing, storage, fire-classification and safety qualifications in the documents.
